[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Customer care Executive Misbehave | |||
Executive was calling for last 20 days only and was chasing for the payment of 4000 rs only bcoz it was delayed for 1 month only as I said I have made a payment if 1000 rs on 28 of Feb by billdesk from some other bank mode she was yelling and saying all the ####.I seriously dont believe how your bank become the largest private bank sector I hold 2 more credit cards but even after 1 delayed payments there is no call from any customer care you even provide the most pathetic service never increase ur credit limit and harrass your customers even more.I have submitted an application for changing the phone number for my credit card the application got rejected twice.This kind of service you provide.
