HDFC Bank — customer care not responding | |
Hi, I have been trying since 4 days to contact customer care of hdfc bank to get my query resolved regarding fixed deposit liquidation before maturity date. But whenever i try to contact customer care, after entering correct inputs, the call automatically disconnects. I have sent a comoalint also on hdfc website but have not got any response. My account is locked.I am trying to contact support.After waiting for 30 mins in call.its getting disconnected how sick.Customer Care is worst.
I have same issue from last 3 days. My credit card payment was not processed
