Im haring savings account of hdfc bank in tamilnadu palladam branch.. A/c no:[protected] I lost my customer id.. Please send my customer id to [protected]. Please send me through my mail id.. Very urgently i needed... Please quickly find out and through mail me.. Im having account number and card number and then telephone banking password also.. The Customer Identification Number (Cust ID) is a system generated Number, assigned at the time of account opening. This is unique for each individual/ Business Entity and is distinct from the number of your Account(s) with us. All Accounts held in same name/ legal capacity are linked to the common Cust ID. However, we regret our inability to communicate your Cust ID through email due to security reasons.
This is communicated through the Welcome Letter at the time of opening an Account or through the periodic Statements. Also, currently customer ID's are added in all reordered cheque books that are issued to the customers.
You can retrieve the customer ID online by following below steps :
Log on to our web site http://www.hdfcbank.com/
Select the NetBanking option and click on "Login".
Click on "continue to Netbanking "
Click on "?" sign next to customer ID field
Enter your registered mobile number
Enter your DOB or PAN card number
Enter the text shown for security check
Click on continue
Enter OTP received and click on continue.
Unique Customer ID is displayed upfront.
