HDFC Bank — de activate my one assist membership account

Address:Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, 721643

One assist is changing rs 1899 every year and deducting money from my hdfc savings account .My one assist membership id is [protected].De active my account immediately either I shall close hdfc savings account.I want not to use one assist.Please deactive it.
