HDFC Bank — debit card deactivated without prior information

My HDFC card got deactivated without information, saying new upgraded card will be provided, last arnd 2 weeks bank didn't send card to proper address - Heights of irresponsibility . I contact customer care and confirm my residence address and they confirmed card will be send to my residence address . but after 10 days i didnt receive my card and also sent to branch office .received a text message saying that go and collect it from branch
