Last issue date is 04/10/2017
I got twice messages from your company regarding cancellation of my insurance coverage for my vehicle which is mentioned above.
When i went to (Apco hyundai kannur, kerala) they told me that my vehicle is claimed, which was not even met with any accident. So when i asked them the report of claim, they doesn't have any documents. They just told me to complaint on your website regarding this matter.

Please solve the situation as soon as possible. Otherwise pay my money back.

    Dc iss fee charge has been done in my account without any intimation the charges has been debited from account. Kindly confirm without any intimation or any messages how could my amount will be deducted give me a brief explanation or kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. Its not notified by me any message or call. Its very disgusting service i face from hdfc bank.

      This is in reference to my salary account. I applied for new salary account on 06/04/2018. As per the commitment of the representative of hdfc rajpur road dehradun, that account will be activated by today ie (06/04/2018) it self. I didn’t get any welcome sms or mail etc from hdfc for next 2 days. I called that representative mr ishwar on 09/04/2018 and asked him regarding this he said that for activation it takes 3-4 days and i said it’s already 4 days he asked me to wait and assured me that my cards and every things (Phone banking and net banking) is working and he said not to worry in this context. Now when i m trying to go through my service none of it is going through. I again called him he said it takes 6-7 days.

      Pls look into it.. As defecency of services from hdfc and not at all expected from a such a big bank.

            Please note that myself (SHANTA C CHANDNANI) CID NO. 2272 8366 and my daughter (KAVITA CHANDNANI) CID NO. 2272 8366 were both IMPERIA CUSTOMERS
            Our RM Ms Pragya Khandelwal informed us in that after 31st Dec'17 we will not be Imperia Customer and we need to maintain minimum required balance of INR10, 000/-
            in both account.

            For same we got e mail from your side too.

            As your fixed deposit rates are quite lower than other competative banks, so we decided not to keep fixed deposit with you and according to banks RM Pragya Khandelwal's
            advice, we deposit minimum balance more than 10, 000/- in each account, as required minimum account balance being no more imperia customers.

            We found in Feb'17 that you deducted an amount of INR708 for non maintenance charges and we immediately visited the bank branch in Jaipur and than contacted
            Mr Vinod Bakhtani, who informed us that our saving account is not normal account and minimum requirement is INR25, 000, so due to Ms Praghya Khandelwal's mistake
            he assured that Jan'18 deduction will be refunded back to our account.

            Please note you supposed to return back full amount of INR708 but we only got INR600 and its not our mistake, as its your bank's representative fault to give us wrong
            information.

            So in January'2018, we gave written application to Bank branch to change our account status to be regular saving, which require only Inr10, 000 as minimum balance
            requirement, which we always kept in our account.

            To our surprise, I found that on 8th APR'18 your bank deducted INR708 + INR708 from both account for non maintenance charges.

            What the ### problem is with your B A N K ?

            Are you people dacoits or what ?

            Now please note that with immediate effect, refund back deduction of INR108 (JAN) INR 708(FEB) INR708 (MAR) to my account immediately or I am going to escalate this matter
            Reserve Bank of India / Consumer Court and Social media (Face book) that how your bank is fooling customers and stealing our hard earned money.

            I need your positive reply in coming 3 days and its our clear instructions that we have writtenly given to bank to change our account to be Regular Saving Account, which only require Inr10, 000 as minimum balance and if from now on you gonna touch our money, we gonna sue you in court for our loss of money / time and mental peace.

            Once you return back this amount, just closed down our account, as we don't want to keep banking relations with your "F...ing Bank"

              I anil kumar singh, availed personal loan amount of rs 600, 000/- and an amount of rs. 5, 86, 461/- was disbursed in my sbi account on 16.07.2016. However, till date i have not received the welcome letter and payment schedule from the bank. Since., i urgently need the same for official purpose, therefore, it is requested to kindly provide me the same on my e-mail id. My loan account number is 40791861.

                I am hdfc bank customer for more than 15 years, last year my personal banker offered hdfc regalia credit card, she didn't mention anything about renewable charges but now in my current bill i got this renewable fees (2500n+ 450 gst) charged. I tried to check with my personal banker and also with phone banking customer care but it was of no use.in fact phone banker executive raised a request to revert back this charges but it was rejected.

                I had tried to pay through Tmw app through preaid debit card of payzaap for Rs.9814/- on 04.04.18.. Amount has not reached to Tmw wallet shows unsuccessfully, but amount deducted from payzaap wallet. I have also send mail but money has not been reversed yet. Please examine and solve the issue.

                10 days lapsed no any action
                I had been successfuly load money with my sbi credit card ending 5481 for Rs. 9800/- on 04.04.18 at 0856 am vide transaction I.d .[protected]we84kd5. Then I had tried to load money in Tmw wallet through payzaap debit card ending 1915 for Rs.9814/- vide Tmw transaction I.d No.[protected] on 04.04.18 at 09.31am. Tmw wallet shows failed vide the said transaction I.d. But amount Rs.9814/- has been deducted from my payzaap wallet vide transaction I.d no.28941153 on 04.04.18 at 09.31 shows success, sale at recharge ccavenue Mumbai with no transaction description. Since 9 days lapsed no amount refunded either by payzaap wallet or by tmw wallet till date. Please examine. Take up the matter with ccavenue and give justice please.
                After getting 12 days business with my money payzaap reversed my money on 13th day. Malicious intention by payzaap.
                Just doing business from unsuccessful transaction money of customer for 12 working days. Ombudsmen should take immediate action on Payzap.

                  I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After six days ₹900 debit as (Hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr) in my credit card account statement.
                  I am not interested in that type of policy or coverage.
                  How can i clear this type of debits. Also i request them not to do in future transaction. So please remove this unwanted description in my credit card account statementand make immediate refund as quick as possible.

                    Hdfc bank has deducted rs. 472.00 from my salary account on 7th-april-2018 for ". Ach debit return charges" for which i have not even received any intimation through email or sms from the bank before deductions.

                    I have been trying to call hdfc customer care from 2 days and they just keep me in hold and do not respond. Once a customer care person attended my call and asked me for my debit card number and pin, for which i refused. She simply told me to hold and did not get back to call.

                    I have also dropped a mail to "[protected]@hdfc.com", but they did not respond at all.
                    Please do needful in getting my money back, as soon as possible.

                        This is to inform you that i nancy grover have two accounts with hdfc bank under the same customer id. Below are the details for the same:
                        Customer id[protected]
                        1st a/c no.- [protected] (Salary account)
                        2nd a/c no.- [protected] (Women's saving account)
                        I would like to draw your attention towards the issues i have been facing with hdfc bank as well as the bank officials and expect the best possible resolution from your end. Below mentioned are the issues and request you to kindly look into the matter:

                        1. The bank has charged me with the non maintenance charges on my salary account i. E [protected] being at zero balance which is not acceptable. Request you to get me waiver of those charges.

                        2. The second account i have i. E [protected] with kalkaji branch was opened by the bank officials with all false commitments. I was told that the account will be zero balance but the account was opened with rs.10000/- min balance requirement under some women's saving account scheme. When i asked them to close the account within the same month they made me fill the account closing form saying that they will close it at their end but didn't give me any acknowledgement saying that the server is down and can't provide the acknowledgement for the same. But after few months i got the message saying the account is not yet closed and is being charged on non maintenance. According to rbi rule the bank cannot charge me with non maintenance if my account is left at zero balance that too when i have already filled the account closing form and given it to the bank officials.

                        3. Also the behavior of the manager at hdfc bank kalkaji branch is so rude when i explained my problem to her and nobody there entertained my request. The behavior of the bank officials is very rude and unprofessional.

                        Request you to please get me rid of those unnecessary charges and help me close this issue asap. I need to close both the accounts.

                          I have a credit card on hdfc bank and that was lost previously but while i was
                          Complaining from hdfc customer care they were blocked my credit card and issue
                          Another credit card with out my permission and which issue card not given me by
                          Physically inspite of they were taken interest above 40% against this card in every
                          Month that is not possible for me to pay the amount because i am job less at the moment.
                          Therefore hdfc recovery agent was come in my house and i was also said them that i want to
                          Settle the amount by my pf balance and request them to provide the bank statement because
                          I have not sufficient circumstances to pay the whole amount if they are given me 100% subsidy against the interest then i can pay the principal amount in one time but they are not agreed and
                          They have not tried to further contact and presently their advocate mailed me that pay the hole amount with in seven days other wise they will be taken legal action against me. They are harrasing me by mail that is fallen bad effect to survive me.

                              W. R. T. File no.[protected], hdfc ltd kodambakkam, my disbursement cheque was ready on 27 march 2018.
                              I heard from hdfc ltd that cheque from march 27, 2018 will not be valid if the registration happens on month april 2018.

                              To confirm this i wrote a mail to hdfc people on 28 march 2018 and also spoke to anand raj and madhivanan and one insurance officer but i haven’t received any reply. Then i wrote a mail on 2nd of april and again spoke to madhivanan, no reply again.

                              On 4th of april i called madhivanan to know the status of the disbursement and then he says that if i didn’t sign disbursement the rate of interest will increase.

                              Then on 6th of april i went to bank to sign the disbursment there i came to know that the rate of interest is changed from a 8.4% to 8.6%.

                              Hdfc said loan rate got increased from 8.4 to 8.6 on 4th of april.

                              If the bank had replied to all my calls and mails i would have signed the disbursement on march itself or april 1st or 2nd.

                              Hdfc ltd is the complete responsible for my sufferings. There was no proper answer about this from hdfc ltd side.

                              Need answer for my sufferings.

                                Payzapp sent many messages (Rs100 cashback will be credited for kyc completion)& forced me to complete kyc. So i completed kyc on 28feb18. Till now 100rs cashback was not credited. Also i did bigbasket transaction using promocode "bingo" on 28thfeb18. Till now no cashback credited for bigbasket transaction. I sent 5times mail to their customer care regarding both cashback. Also i tried to contact them by phone more than 100times. Not able to contact. The phone no is always busy. Now more than 40days over. Till now i didn't get 100rs cashback for kyc completion and also 250rs for bigbasket transaction.in the name of offer, payzapp is cheating their customers. Payzapp customer care is worlds worst customer service not attending customers complaint more than 40days. I feel shame to to be the customer of payzapp.

                                  I have applied to join my husband as a joint account holder in my hdfc bank account but it's 2 months now and my husband has not joined as a joint account holder. I have enquired within the branch sec 15 vasundhra ghaziabad so many times but they are not able to tell me the exact reason that why this not has been done yet.

                                  Please look into this matter and help me to get it done.

                                    Today i got money from my brother from payzaap and i have to send money to another people urgently, but it always asks to update kyc, but i didn't see any update option. I tried to call customer support they don't even respond to my call and i waited 15 min on line but they answer me yet. To update my upi it's took more than half day.

                                    I don't recommend this waste and fraud app to my friends and relative because of money was urgent to me but they don't care about the customers.

                                    If the people don't respond this complement i will raise a complaint on consumer court.

                                    Please help me.

                                      I was taking cash from hdfc bank atm with my hdfc debit card of about rs 1000. When the cash was about to dispense it got power cut and the atm did not have a power backup. I waited till the power comes, but the machine restarted from the beginning and said atm out of service currently. Due to that i couldn't go to office and did not have food for the whole day. The bank should have a power backup and that could have avoided all my inconvenience. I called call centre they said they have registered a complaint and i will get an sms on the same. But till now not received. I have now raised a complaint through net banking.

                                        I am unable to login to my fastag account. I have reset the password atleast 5-6 time and still unable to login. Even in toll it is getting notified as suspended not sure why. Also i am unable to recharge. Pls help. Tried calling the support service multiple time and always getting busy. Is there any other contact number to connect. This is frustrating and messages in website also are not clear.

                                        Tried recharge from app as well as laptop
                                        But the message I get after entering the amount is “ amount exceeds allowed limit”
                                        Tried entering even 1 ₹ still it exceeds maximum allowable limit to recharge
