I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3363 without my concern on date:13/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1399/-

    Hdfc blocked my account for non payment of credit card due for two months. However i have paid the minimum amount due 8676rs, 15 days back. Still they are not releasing the amount in my bank account. Now they have sent next month bill to pay. I am trying to contact the collection department in chennai but they are not responding to my calls.
    Total outstanding due is 48524 i paid the minimum due 8676 rs.
    They blocked 30000 in my account and its still showing -18000.

    If hdfc is not releasing the account i am not going to repay the rest of the amount.
    Hdfc credit card collection department is the worst and unprofessional deprtment i have ever seen.

      I am very disappointed due to mail conversation and received messages regarding dispute case with ref. No [protected] amount deduction rs. 695 on 26 may 2017, i have already sent the mail regarding card holder dispute form two times, although i received mail to send the dispute form & transaction evidence,
      Kindly request to check properly or improve your system. By sending your mail & messages that show improper planning to manage the dispute cases.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr037720.

        I have recived few massage from hdfc regarding fastag with below text
        "your fastag has beeb issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected]"

        Still not get fastag or any massage regarding to courier details.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        Please update on the status.

            On 11th jan 2018, i received text message saying that "thank you for using hdfc debit card xxxxxxxxx for rs.5000 to paytm123419.
            I had not done this transaction first thing. Secondly without my knowledge from my debit card the money got transferred.

            I requested hdfc bank for reverting my lost amount and still hdfc bank is saying that it was valid transaction.

            Its very unfaithful and not secured bank service i would say here onward

              My group have around 25 account with hdfc bank ltd, paldi branch, ahmedabad since 8 years.

              From last 3 years, branch manager and our group relationship manager (Rm) change.

              Our preferred group, alloted rm mrs. Kruti is very irresponsible and rough language lady. She always avoid to take any responsibility and blame always customers. We compalint branch manager, but he also safely cover her as a overloaded rm. But most of preferred group clients are known about her irregularity and irresponsibility towards branch customers.

              We also request other higher authorities about that issue, but no one take any action against her.

              We request you people, before opening account with hdfc bank kindly confirm that branch services, otherwise u are suffering from irritation and harrassment.

              I m going to close all my 25 accounts and dmat account now onwards from hdfc bank ltd.

                        In the month of March 2017, I was missold this Insurance product (HDFC SL Progrowth Super II) by Mr. Rahul Kumar Srivastav, my previous Relationship manager at HDFC Bank.

                        In the pretext of getting a home loan sanctioned, he convinced me into buying this Life Insurance product. At the time of buying I was told that the life Insurance will be free and there would be no premium allocation charges.

                        Now when I check my statement I find that huge premium allocation charges and insurance charges and policy administration charges have been levied.

                        A poor man has been missold a policy which I will not be able to continue.

                        Kindly stop the policy immediately without any surrender charges or penalty whatsoever.

                        Also please ensure strict actions against misselling of policies.

                        Also immediately stop the auto pay linked to my bank account with HDFC Life.

                          I have a salary account on hdfc. Due to some problem i left the job 2 months after joinning and the account is still active. On[protected] i got a message from hdfc for non maintenance charge for the month of jan and feb together and i was shocked! When i went to my nearest branch to close the account they told me that i have to pay non maintenance charge then only they can close the account. But how did the account turned from salary to personal account without my knowledge and also i got message for jan and feb together for non maintenance charge. Kindly deactivate my one assist plan from my hdfc credit card & refund my amount of rs.1899 which was auto debit in my credit card account.

                            I have used a credit card issued by HDFC and settled it with the 25k amount paid monthly, it has been almost a year I am no longer using any credit card.
                            I have not been informed or issued a NOC by HDFC Department, Tried calling them and emailing them several times.

                            It neither shows settled but active with some due amount in my CIBIL Score.

                              I have been suffered by a fraud done by hdfc ergo by starting a insurance policy without my permission and deducting my money from credit card continuously and when claimed for the same, did not refunded my amount but increased my credit limit which was not desired by me. The money was deducted in cash but is not refunded in the same manner.
                              I want my money back in the form of monetary amount not any limit.

                                My credit card no. [protected] (Damodar muchhal) has been charged with an amount of 14135/- on ac of non payment. But this charges were initially amounted to rs 600/- for autopay returned facility which i didnt opt for from the date of issue.

                                I have the documented proof showing cheque deposited before the due date and got it debited on same day from state bank a/c but got credited in hdfc bank after due date and for which the bank has charged me with autopay facility and accumulated the amount to rs. 14135/-.

                                Request you to please resolve the matter asap as its affecting my cibil score

                                      Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                                      I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 3370 without my concern on date:14/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299/-

Based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim Rs. 3, 252.10 from your savings account and same is credited on 11/03/2018. We note that you made Netbanking payment of Rs. 3, 252.10 on 14/03/2018. The relevant credit will reflect in your April 2018 statement. We would like to inform that the excess balance on your credit card will be adjusted towards your future transactions or statement dated 19/03/2018.
