Hi,
I am having a saving account in hdfc.
Today early morning at 5.09 am, 21 march 2018, a fraud has been done for rs 5000 and again for rs 5000 respectively. Both the transaction are looking as directed to www paytm com pos debit in passbook.

Message we received is as follows:

Thank you for using debit card ending 4097 for rs.5000.00 in noida at paytm1293914 on[protected]:05:09:34 avl bal: rs.17388.74

This is turning out to be a big fraud and many users from hdfc are affected by it as you can see many such complains here.
Please take necessary steps to get us out money back from frauds.

    Hi, my name is tayyaba. I have been using hdfc cc from 2014 and always making payment on time from last 4 years but because of some unfortunate reasons, i did not pay emi of 2 months.
    On 16 march 2018, i receive a call from hdfc employee named neetu & bani and no was [protected]. I inform her that i will pay on 30th and then they started using unprofessional & abusive language (Agar aukat nai h to kisi masjid k darwaze par beth kar bheek mang lo. Bahri hai kya. Aukat me reh apni. Tere bap ko call kae dungi). Aswell she call my family said (Jake dekho tumhari beti kya gul khila rai h. Tumhare bap ko to bheek ka katora lekar beth jana chahiye). She said all these words to my family. How can someone do this type of thing on a professional level is this the right way to talk to a customer. I want to request to consumer court to take a strong action against them. I want you to take strict action against her as early as possible because she doesn't know that how to talk to a customer first. Hdfc bank should train your employees first, i request you to pull up that call recording from records and listen that properly.

    Again i recieve a call from hdfc cc named SEEMA.She throtled me and said TUMNE APNE GHAR ME 3 LOGO KO MAR DIYA SUISIDE KRNE KO KH RAI THI ISSE ACHCHA H K MAR HI JAO.She is harrasing me. How can some one say these thinngs. Please i m requesting you all please a strict action against that girl.

      I had requested to close home loan insurance since about a month. Still me and family are getting daily calls and messages about emi to be paid for the same...

      It seems anyone can help you to get home loan insurance but only manager can help to close that account... Its really pathetic service because i'm struggling since past 1 month to close that service (As an nre customer its even more difficult for me) i would like to warm everyone "do not opt for hdfc home loan insurance"

      For a loan of amount 1.5 cr hdfc home loan insurance is 8.16 lacs
      While icici term plan insurance for same amount is only 12k per year (Which can be canceled anytime)... Please compare before buying!!!

        Hi team,
        I took personal loan rs. 15000 from hdfc bank (Ac[protected] in 2013 and paying my emi as rs. 3489 per month. It should get end by this year in the month of oct but due to family problem i could not make payments for few months (6-7) but bank is asking for nearly 97000 more where as i am willing to pay rest emi amount not bounce amount. Please guide me for appropriate guidelines.

        Help me to choose best possible solution.

        Can manage to pay EMI which is due but wanna get rebate on fine and charges as every month auto deduction of RS 1000 already getting subtracted to check bounce of remain due which further nearly 20-25 thousands I have made in the favour of HDFC bank.

          I am from kota rajasthan, and i am writing my personal experience with this bank. Their executive makes falls promise from you to attract towards bank. As a customer comes in grip by submitting cheque and money then they start taking a lot of hidden charges from you about 5 times more as they promise in starting. So be careful before going with this bank. Worst bank and services. I got a lot of financial loss without any mistakes because of falls promise of executive.

          I tried recharging DTH it shows transaction has been successful but didn't get recharged for DTH. Amount of 1153 rs is deducted. Transaction ID[protected]. I kindly request you to refund the amount.

            Hi team,

            This is to inform you that, there has been an incorrect and in appropriate charges and penalty charged on my credit card[protected]xxxx7840) for which i have no clue.
            My salary account has been on hold from 6th march to 18th march and there has been a deduction of 6886 rupee from my salary account and 1371 rupees from my credit card without my approval.
            All the deductions are being made without informing me and without my permission.
            After payment of all the above mentioned amount the salary account is again on hold. And as per my research i came to know the bank cannot hold my salary account or deduct money from my account without my approval.
            I would request to please look into the matter and revert back asap. And the least a bank of such reputation can do is to inform their clients before using their account without their permission.

            Request you to kindly revert on e-mail or please do call around 7:30pm.

              On 8th march 2018 i tried to order samsung evo memory card along with samsung on nxt 64gb. The total cost of order was 13299. As they wer offering 10% instant discount (Max 1250) i had to pay rs 12049. So i paid amount using hdfc debit card and i received message from hdfc that payment was successfull. But according to flipkart payment was failed but payment was debited from my account so i contact flipkart and they told me to wait for 8 hours but nothing heppend adter given time. So i called hdfc customer care number[protected] on 9th of march and the registered my complaint(Docket No.MUMA[protected])
              And told me to wait for 8 working days and they also told me to fill CDF. So i went to branch and filled CDF. Since now 8 working days has been over and still no proper resolution kindly provide me solution as soon as possible.

              After the 8 working days i called hdfc coustomer care again on 21st of march and they told me that they are raising a second chargeback ( MUMT[protected]) and they also told that they have no idea how much time it can take. They did not provided me any timeframe . So i called NCH (National Consumer Helpline[protected] on same day and they registered my complaint (655233) and told me to send a written complaint to nodal officer at Bank House, 28, Industrial Area, Phase I, State / City : CHANDIGARH / Chandigarh and they suggested me to wait for 15 days for revert. I also sent a mail which i received by flipkart as a proof of transaction at grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com kindly look into this matter and solve my issue as soon as possible

                This complaint regards to convey my grievance related to the disappointing attitude of few of the staff members of HDFC bank, Chetak Circle, Udaipur(Rajasthan).
                My name is Bibin Babu Skaria. i reside in Ernakulam(Kerala). My father owns a business "Eternal Stones Pvt. Ltd.", which is also officially located at Udaipur itself. My father wants to open a current account and one the staff members, "Nilesh Agarwal", agreed initially, asking for a few formalities, including inspection of the office. The office is basically located in home, the legal permit LOGO and Other bank(SBI) current account as well as statement are already there as proofs.
                This person refused for further proceeding claiming that the office is not allowed to be open in a residential locality and in one's home, despite the fact that there is no such kind of rule for traders. The person provided negative reviews because of which the HDFC authorities situated in Ernakulam are being helpless.
                I hope that you understand my situation and take strict action againt this person ("Nilesh Agarwal, Chetak circle HDFC branch."). I anticipate that HDFC will go through my words and I will be therefore, waiting for a reply within less than a week. if not, i will assume that the bank and its staff are not reliable, forcing me to shutdown the account, once and for all.

                  I receiveve a call from fraud agent Aditya Chauhan mob no [protected]. 1 year ago he offered me a Reliance tower with HDFC policy (one time). I bought 2 policy no[protected]RS 99000) &[protected]RS 36500). After one year he don't pick up my phone and Company ask me to ask me to premium otherwise policies will be lapsed. HDFC company has fraud agent who cheat the customer. Let's expose this fraud company and fraud agent. Beware this fraud company. Don't buy any policy from this HDFC company otherwise you will be cheated and your money will be the lapsed. HDFC company Eaten up my RS 99000+36500. He has ruined me.

                    When the card was new i use to get credit card statement at my residents but not before due date but the physical statement use to come but later on they stopped sending the statements
                    Because of which my cibil score is affected
                    If not the statement at least bank should give prior reminders on credit card bill via sms but this bank don't bother to provide any such service

                    We observe that your credit card has been registered for E-statement and hence monthly statements are sent to your registered e-mail id available in our records without any bounce. We take this opportunity to clarify that all Banks are required to provide their customer database to regulatory authorities periodically. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). This is done in the normal course of business. Hence, the Bank through this, does not attempt to influence any financial institution on their discretion of approval /disbursement of credit.

                      Wrong Transaction NOT BEING reversed after 30 days.
                      Merchant has provided written confirmation that it's invalid transaction.

                      There were 3 wrong transaction and 2 of them reversed within 30 days.
                      But, last one not being done for more than 30 days.

                      Customer care person confirmed that Complaint is time pass activity and keep repeating reversal with happen after 30 days.
                      After 30 days, they changed to 30 Working days.

                      If some can be done (customer care rep refused to provide reason for reversing 1 tran within 30 days), why cant the others ?
                      If it's going to take 30 working days in spite of Merchant confirmation, Why ask for Complaint and what will you do with complaint - Just Ignore...

                        As per the Bank's T&C, for using my Platinum Debit Card for making a payment, I should get certain rewards points based on type of merchant.
                        Now suddenly I saw that my points were debited from my account and it is showing as negative balance. I complaint against this in my bank's customer care. They lodged the complaint and the resolution they provided is that from 1st May 2017 to 30th September 2017, due to some technical fault, some points have been rewarded by the bank that should not have been rewarded. The points were wrongly credited so they pulled out the points without intimating me.
                        Upon asking for the details of those transaction that for which transactions Bank has wrongly credited the points, they have shared the details of 72 transactions done via my debit card for which I should not have been credited the points.
                        Now surprisingly within the mentioned time frame I did only that 72 transactions using my debit card and I checked that I was rightly credited the points at that time. But the bank is not accepting the fact, they simply telling that you were not eligible for the points.
                        My question is that how is this possible that during the mentioned time frame and out of those 72 transactions all the 72 transactions are not eligible for the points and not a single transaction was eligible?
                        Second why the bank has given the points at that time then and now after 11 months they came to know about the same?
                        I want you to look into the case and take action against HDFC bank because I am facing this type of problem many a times

                          File No is[protected]. For which as per sale executive Khushal Pinjari ([protected]) when I apply for loan they promise me they will provide me loan within 10 days with total amount 21 lacs (99%)

                          After applying loan with HDFC not getting any proper reply for loan status. even loan executive also not giving proper answer. Its about 40 days but still not receiving loan amount from HDFC. they was deducted 11850/- Rs as processing fees withing 12 days while applying for home loan.

                          Half of the time he is on Leave. by luck he would say it would take 2 more days... its been more then 15 days that multiple 2 days have passed by..
                          My question here is very simple. Why did the sales executive commit of a certain loan amount when he knew that such amount cannot be offered? Why is the bank deducting 3750 rupees of processing fees for such commitments given by the bank?
                          PLEASE RETURN MY PROCESSING FEES WITH INTEREST.

                          I suggest to all never go with HDFC for loan. they are giving wrong promising. due to wrong promising I need to pay more to builder because I am depended on HDFC.

                            We made a tax transaction of inr 42, 000 on 20th march. As soon as we were able to get through hdfc's lines we requested for a cancellation of the transaction as our ca advised we had made the transaction incorrectly.

                            However, the person on the call very coldly said it can't be done. And after i said that this is against the rule - govt. Has mandated that only for tax transactions they can be cancelled within 3 days. After i told him he has to comply, he put me on hold permanently. I was on hold for a good half an hour but to no avail.

                              I am Jayati Choudhury and was supposed to be a proud owner of HDFC Credit Card for the last 10-12years..
                              I had never been defaulter of Credit Card Payment. Everything was going good..
                              Suddenly I had faced a big financial loss due to my cousin's fraud and now running a cheque bounce case in Ranchi Civil Court headed by Hon'ble Ms.Nitika..My lawyer is Sri A.K Pathak, Ranchi Civil Court..Case No.2761/2015 lodged in November'2015..The amount of loss I am facing would be of 40lakhs approx.

                              I paid the minimum amount of credit card bearing interest losses in time always except last 2-3 months due to severe financial crisis.

                              HDFC put hold on my savings accounts and sent notice in February'17.

                              Since then I am continuously requesting them to withdraw the hold on savings account and also with the preclosure..But their call centre representatives repeat like Robot..Money Due, you have to pay..

                              Ms.Rajshree Rout, Mr.Vinay Jha didnt pick up the phone of mine.

                              I am not a WILFUL DEFAULTER neither I am like NIRAV MODI or VIJAY MALYA who have destructed the INDIAN ECONOMY..

                              I m getting emails from Ms. ADITI K..Deputy Vice President ..which seems to be automatic...Not interested at all to show humanity towards a customer who want to pay back the bank dues in instalments..

                              Can anyone is there to help Credit Card Deptt to show humanity which Electricity Deptt / Water Supply Deptt/ Municipal Corporation show by collecting payments in instalments instead of total Bad Debts

                              I am just a petty salary holder and cant pay the dues of 1.75lakhs

                              Total Dues were 2.75lakhs...I have to sell my gold ornaments to make payment of 1lakh to them..

                              All these have been communicated to HDFC, but seems no one read the emails with concern and give automatic reply.

                                Hi Sir,
                                I had sent a complaint on 9/03/2018, But after that day I did not get a single phone call or mail from your end or HDFC credit card department.
                                Once again I want tell you that the bank has auto debited Rs. 1899 from my credit card number ending with 4843 without my concern on 7/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs. 1899.

                                  I have account in hdfc indrapuri they processed a policy on my name without confirmation.when I received a mail for confirmation I had proceeded for disagreement and rejected it.when I discuss it with bank person's now they are saying it is processed. Kindly look in the matter and solve it.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I received a call from HDFC BANK, KOLKATA. He told me you are eligible for credit card are you Intrested in Credit Card,
                                    I say yes.
                                    Next HDFC BANK field officer collect my proper signed document. Next too many tele verification, sms and many more. I waist my time with office verification and Residents verification .I waist my money for document xerox and photos, Next message per message at last status disapproved.

                                    If I am not eligible for credit card why called me, sms me, why collect my documents and why verify my office and Residents and why waist my time, why waist my money.

                                    ( also I have a HDFC BANK CD LOAN- [protected]. With same address and same income proofs)

                                    I demand to know the perfect breafly reason for disapproved my credit card. If my complain is not resolved I will take action against.

                                      Hi,
                                      I took insurance from hdfc life. I got a call from hdfc life member on november-2017 and they explained me about super income plan and the plan looks good so that i accepted to take insurance.
                                      What they explained was, i can pay the premium through hdfc credit card and that will converted to emi so that the small amount only need to pay every month.
                                      Since it is small amount every month i accepted to take insurance. Once i said ok to take insurance they deducted my one year premium from my credit card.
                                      But it has been 5month, still it is not converted to emi and every month this hdfc credit card statement they are adding some financial charge as i am not paying the amount. This things i am reporting to my contact person (Mr. Sri hari - mob:[protected], email: srihari. [protected]@hdfclife.in), he is not taking any serious action. Now i wanted to close this insurance (Policy no:[protected] but i'm not able to do it.
                                      Kindy help me if someone crosses this kind of issue & please be aware of this kind of calls.
