[Resolved] HDFC Bank Debit Card — Debiting of my account when transaction was declined | |||
Deasr sirs, I was using my hdfc bank debit card no[protected] at An axis bank atm [atm id cwac21104, dt 23-8-14, 15.17 hrs, and record no of withdrawal 7289 The machine flashed after swiping the card and performing necessary transactions 'collect your cash'', but then, No cash came out. Again, the machine flashed 'transaction declined', but the amount of rs 3000/ already Got debited to my hdfc account. On taking up with axis bank, they have advised me to take up with you.
