HDFC Bank — debit card emi loan issue

I bought laptop from amazon using hdfc bank debit card emi loan, but that product came fully damaged so i did return my product to amazon. After my return amazon processing my refund money process. But after that yet to cancel and refund my amount from hdfc bank side. Meanwhile hdfc bank debited my first emi amount from my account.

So i want refund my deduction amount and cancel that emi process as soon as possible.
