HDFC Bank — Deduction on several services which were promised free | |||
I have a salary account with HDFC Bank. I have had amounts deducted from my account on the ground of DEMAT charges and Debit Card charges. However, I DO NOT have a demat account. As for the debit card, I received a call from HDFC officials to upgrade my card for free, as I was employed with Cognizant Technology Solutions. I tried reaching out to the phone banking customer care, but to no avail. Also, I have another credit card dispatched by the bank and not yet received at my end. I don't know what sort of charges they are going to levy for the same. When I called up phonebanking I was said that I need to fill up a form at the nearest HDFC branch for cancelling the same. This card has been going back and forth for more than 4 months and I don't want it anymore. Please let me know where I can get a solution for my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
