[Resolved] HDFC Bank — deduction without any intimation | |||
Hi, My name is nishanth and i am an hdfc account holder since 2015. This was my salaried account when i was working back in india, however, i did not use it ever since i left the job. I am in canada now pursuing a master's degree. I had a bit of financial crisis and remembered that i had some money left in the hdfc account. To my surprise when i opened my account, around 2500 inr has been deducted over several months. I have not been intimated about this apriori and i have not received any emails regarding the change in account type. It's really painful to see all the savings go away especially when you are a student and in the financial crisis. I would really appreciate if you can provide me with a refund of the deducted money. Hi my credit card not working. there is no information from bank side and also for late payment they credit late fee for 750. without working the card how i will pay the amount.
