[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Delay in providing debit card for customer | |||
I have opened my salary Account at Velachery branch, chennai, recently I have lost my HDFC debit card, and requested to hotlist my lost debit card and requested for new Debit card, I can see new card has been issued in online banking, but I have not received my Debit card in hand since its has been more than 15 days, where i am waiting for the card, came to know my new debit card sent through "Blue dart courier" but still it was not delivered to me when i try to reach blue dart they request me to collect the card from Blue dart office, which is more than 30 km away from my home. and there is no response and i am afraid as there is a chance for mis-using my new debit card Was this information helpful? | |||
