[Resolved] HDFC Bank — delay in service | |||||
I blocked my debit card on 8th january. After that i applied for new debit card in the hdfc bank and got new debit card The person at bank activated that card in my current account instead of mysaving account. From that time i am going to bank everyday they tell me that it will get resolved i don't have to worry for 1 week after that he told me that i need to fill a form and it will be changed in 3 days Again i have to go to the bank and call him everyday. Now i am told that it is on hold. I have used services in other banks also and have never faced such worst management. It is 4th week now and i have to go to bank and call them everyday still my issue is not resolved Was this information helpful? | |||||
