Sir,
This is with regards to my case no : cudebit card transaction. I swiped my card on 2/9/18 at suvarna jewellers vijay nagar, goregaon east. My account was debited with rs.40000/-. But the transaction was declined and the jeweller didnt receive the payment.
I made a complaint regarding this with my bank. Now its more than a month i am not getting the refund. I request you to kindly treat this on urgent basis.

Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e CITY UNION BANK branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
