Sir, This is with regards to my case no : cudebit card transaction. I swiped my card on 2/9/18 at suvarna jewellers vijay nagar, goregaon east. My account was debited with rs.40000/-. But the transaction was declined and the jeweller didnt receive the payment. I made a complaint regarding this with my bank. Now its more than a month i am not getting the refund. I request you to kindly treat this on urgent basis. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e CITY UNION BANK branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3.
