[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Demat account | |||
Dear sir, I write today to complain of the poor services i received from your company. I have applied for a demat account but i have received a kit from hdfc securities with a name of pramod kumar kar’s name and my cell phone no. ([protected]) on it. I am most annoyed that i have visited hdfc bank sundargarh for more than 10 times without having accomplished anything. I repeatedly tried asking bank’s representatives about the issue but ended up wasting my time. My impression of hdfc bank has been tarnished, and i am now concerned about how my existing accounts is being managed by your company. Furthermore, the representatives’ inability to address my issue has meant that i have had to visit bank’s office several times, and incur expenses, of time, money, and energy. I trust this is not the way hdfc wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been a classic customer with you since 2014 and have never encountered such problem before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
