[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — depository charges

Address:560008

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

An amount of 73.16 was deducted from my savings account on 14/11/2018 under the header of depository charges, ref no 36800658. Kinldy let me know on what behalf did you deduct these charges. Even i dont have demat account with hdfc bank.

I want my money back to my account.

The charges debited from your saving Bank account pertains to debit transaction carried out by you in your Demat account in the respective period. These charges are levied on transfer of securities from your Demat account to another Demat account or to your broker's account. Incase of any credit transactions in your Demat account, no charges are levied by HDFC Bank Ltd. (Depository Participant). Transaction charges accrue in the month when the transactions are effected and are debited in the following month after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. url: https://goo.gl/Rgghcy

I received calls from collection department with threats kindly suggest what to do
Sir, am using Hdfc credit card more than 2yrs last 5 month am fail to pay on time but they give high penalty it's more than 6percentage of interest Hdfc bank is a very cheating bank Please enquiry about the interest that they apply against customer

They apply 6percentage interest on my credit card
Mobile purchased on 22nd May 2018 from Poorvika, Express Avenue. Cash back not received so far. Supposed to be credited within 90 days... but it's more than six months now. None of my cash backs are received. Nothing happens without follow-up and reminders. Please resolve.
