HDFC Bank — did not get hdfc fastag delivery yet

I have applied for HDFC fastag on 30/11/19 and my application Id is HFR815917. I have got sms and email that my fastag has been issued on 05/12/19 but I couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or HDFC should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently. Please deliver my fastag on priority basis.
