[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Did not receive my cashback of rs 2000 for a purchase from amazon | |||||
I had ordered a laptop a laptop from amazon on 4th april 2016 using hdfc debit card and i am eligible for a cashback of 2000 rs. Amazon sent a mail on july 31st telliing the cashback has been issued. But hdfc customer care personnel told that they have added 2000 cashback points manually to my debit card account and i need to redeem it. But neither the points have been added nor the cashback is provided. It has been more than a month. Very bad customer service from hdfc and no solution till now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
