HDFC Bank — dispute transaction from my credit card

Dear hdfc team,
I want to complain for a wrong transaction from my credit card on 09/04/2019 which i have not made nor i use any paytm service from my credit card but the customer care is saying that a transaction is done through paytm e-commerce. I have already submitted the dispute charge form to nearest hdfc bank branch and i have sent a mail also on cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com so please co-operrate with me. Thank you
