[Resolved] HDFC Bank — doesn't get death claim | |||
I provided every documents requested by the branch for my dad's death claim But still now i doesn't got any payment. But i got a letter in which they told that the claim has been processed and amount passed through cheque but still now i doesn't got any payment or cheque. While contacting the branch manager He doesn't giving any proper response. When i contact the customer service mail They sending a reply in which the claim amount has been paid out in form of cheque to someone named k.
