[Resolved] HDFC Bank — double debit on debit card payment | |||
I made a payment of rs 41, 300 to westin hotel pune on 26/06/19 by debit card ending with 4809 issued from my hdfc account no [protected]. This amount was debited on 26/06/19. Again an identical amount of rs 41, 300 was debited from my account 29/06/19 with the entry: Mctf 26/06 512967 xxxxxx 4809 westin - pun Hotel says they have got payment only on 26/06/19 and not again on 29/06/19. Several attempts made to lodge complaint With the bank call centre did not fructify on Account of ivr timing out working and and one listening to music continuously. In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 9th day, the amount will be re-credited to your account.
