[Resolved] HDFC Bank — ECS end date updated incorrectly by HDFC employee and submitted to SBI | |||||
I had a loan with hdfc bank and the last emi is in the month of june. I have been paying this emi from my sbi account since then. However the person who processed my loan papers, provided the ecs end date incorrectly without checking the working day as 4th june 2017 - sunday. Due to this reason ecs was not processed by sbi as it was on sunday. Now hdfc bank is demanding bouncing charge for the mistake happened from their employee. Was this information helpful? | |||||
