[Resolved] HDFC Bank — education loan documents not accepted | |||
Regarding education loan for my daughter stepped into t. Nagar office for submission of documents for second year refund, one ms. Anusuya sitting there for collecting documents not responded properly or ready to hear or understand the subject what i try to convey, simply ignoring all the documents with false point on her understanding and omitted to come with properly. I never expected and never had this bad experience like this earlier with hdfc team. Past 5 year taken loan on same procedure at gp office mount road and they didn’t find any default in submission of documents and went everything smoothly in time. Here she ask unnecessary the non-required documents and irritated me. Point 1. Asking for medical certificate by seeing the mark list for the exams not conducted by the college - on her understanding student was absent. Point.2 fees paid bill provided for 2nd year for claim asking for 1st year fee paid, where as hdfc refunded for that. Please educate the concerned how to handle Was this information helpful? | |||
