HDFC Bank — Electricity bill amount debited from account but not paid

On 21/03/2021 i have paid my electricity bill of rupees 2150 from google pay and amout is debited from bank account but on google pay its coming faild and also not submited to the mahavitan electricity . Google transaction id is CICAgODI8oPzAg and my account Number is [protected]. So please send my refund as early as possible its a urgent requirement.
