[Resolved] HDFC Bank — enps kyc verification | |||
Hdfc bank are yet to verify my kyc for enps contribution. It has been more than 3 weeks. I see the following message frozen - pranfrozen as kyc verification is pending/rejected by bank or employee Confirmation pending by corporate. I had been to the nearest jayanagar 9th block branch with no help. Customer care is very poor. I feel really bad and thinking of moving away from hdfc banking services. I did a fund transfer on 17th Feb 2019, money has been deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary. Error shown is host offline. It's been 78hrs still money didn't credited to my account. Reference number of my transaction is[protected].
