[Resolved] HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — Customer care executive renewed policy automatically . | |
My insurance policy expiring on march 1st, customer care executive renewed my policy even after i told that i will confirm later .Then i approched office for cancellation & i given in writing that i am not interested in renewing my policy. Again &again customer care people disturbing that policy should be renewed .Today one customer care executive called & told that it is auto renewed, so nobody can cancel & speaking if i should not accept, he will auto renew it for six years without my consent. It is shocking that hdfc bank executive speaking like that . I am account holder in hdfc bank since 2003. But i never come across this kind of approach any time . It is shocking . I am requesting to look into & do the needful at the earliest. Please do no renew my policy . Was this information helpful? | |
