HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — Delay in processing the insurance | |||
Hi sir/mam, Kindly help me with the process of getting the insurance for my husband as he got a paralytic stroke. As per the company policy the insurance company should help him with the reimbursement but they deny that they can not process it as it not given any where in the company policy. Initially they said they will process it and lost the documents, when resubmitted the document once again received an email that they are processing the claim, but after a period of 4 months they denied that the claim can not be processed.
