HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — Inauthentic claiming procedure | |||||
A claim of three components of my car which was damaged by self accident and the same was refused by your surveyor today and approved for only one component and he was asking me for a FIR police complaint to claim rest of things via insurance which is not possible.I want appropriate justice on this procedure to avail the claims for my authentic reason at the earliest. I have taken out car insurance for vehicle with regn no MH12MB0166 for the period 21/05/2016 TO 20/05/2017.I have not received the policy copy, now for renewal purpose i need the same. Pl help immediately
