HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — Regarding cancellation of my policy

I have taken HFDC accidental policy and now i want to cancel it, i contact HFDC Ergo and asked them to cancel my policy but now they asking that there will be 50 % cancellation charges, But at the time of policy sale they told me on recorded call that it will be free if you cancel policy within 15 days of documents handover to you, but now they are saying it will take 50 % money of my premium. Please i want to cancel my policy with full money refeunded.

I have policy of HDFC ergo general insurance. Now I want reburtionment for the same but now they said the name on the policy is Hemant More but cheque send by me is by Hemant Vasantrao More so they could not process the reburtionment. If I want to change the name then I have to renuev policy. Otherwise they could not process.
