[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — excess emi deducted from account

Dear Team,
I have taken Bike Loan and EMI was supposed to be start deduct from
10th Feb 2018. My 1st cheque was bounced on 10 Feb By any reason. I
visited HDFC Bank on 15th To know that why this happened. They told me
that There is Sign mismatch, You must have to fill ECS Form again with
Proper sign and also pay 1st EMI with fine of 590/- and told me that
next minth also you have to pay manually beacause this process will
take one month. (A total of 4165/-.) I paid the EMI amount and also
filled the new ECS Form. On next month that means on 10th March, The
money again not deducted from my account automatically. I waited for 2
days, as i thought that it might be due any banking delay. But on 12th
march also it didn't deducted, So again i visited HDFC Bank and asked
about it, So they again told me that it will be deducted next month
automatically or there may be sign issue. And they told me to pay
actual EMI amount of 3575/- by cash. So i paid them by Cash. But after
2 hours i checked My bank balance, i saw that an amount of 3575/- also
deducted from my Bank too, named as"HDFC Bank ASC Amount".Again I
went to bank to ask why this happend when you told me that there is
problem in your sign and You have to pay manually this time too, then
why just few hours ago money is deducted from my bank. he told that it
might be due to Slow updatation of their system. But from now Money
will be deducted from your bank automatically every month. I said
OK.but what about the Amount which i have paid today, Kindly refund My
Money .Then he told that he cant refund, It will be transfered to your
bank automatically. But till Now no amount is returned back in my
ICICI account. I need my money back.
HDFC Bank, They give you loan happily, BUt during EMI Replayment,
it will cost you so big and trouble also. I need my Money back of 2nd
Installment, Because already it has been deducted from my bank
account.

Support person from Bank called me and asked the problem. I told the whole issue, and after 2 days money refunded. Good support from the Bank member. But it is disappointing that, When i assked same thing to bank person personally, He didnt did anything. But anyway, Thank you Team HDFC.
