[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — executive's rude behaviour

Sir,
I am a savings account holder in hdfc bank and i have a loan in hdfc bank (Hdfc bank used car refinance loan 5569366) for which i was unable to pay the instalment for january/2019 due to my mother in law's illness.
But ur executive called me and talked to me in a very rough manner inspite of my promise of paying on 2nd feb/2019.
I can provide you the recording of telephonic conversation with him if you want.
I request you to kindly consider the matter and take some proper action for this and thus oblige.
