[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Extra charges levied and no response despite one month chasing | |||
Hi, i have been constantly chasing the hdfc bank officials for extra charges levied by them for hpseb bill online payment. Initially they said that it might have been levied by hpseb but when i contacted hpseb they said that no charges for online payment and they showed various statements. I also provided the snapshot of the hpseb website that no charges for inline payment and even after assurance from nodal office my case stands open. I have even agreed to share the statement of friend using the same credit card on which no extra charges levied for hpseb payment in same period. Was this information helpful? | |||
