I have hdfc atm card, withdraw the amount of rs 4000 from icici bank somal wada, wardha road atm. Transaction on paper happened but did not get the money from atm. I approached to icici bank counter they told to register complain in hdfc bank. Then i registered the complain, my complain no. : 1121439. Verified Support Aug 21, 2016 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Basis you complaint we had logged a Chargeback Dispute with the acquiring bank vide Complaint ID: 1121439. Kindly note that the acquiring bank has represented the chargeback by providing an Atm transaction log on 06-Aug-16 vide ref no NFS676193 which shows that the cash withdrawal was successful and the requested amount was dispensed from the Atm.
