HDFC Bank — Fake call for pre approval credit cards which destroy my cibil

Dear consumer complaints team,

i am yogesh sharma i am regular account holder of hdfc bank i'd[protected] . I received call for pre approved credit card from hdfc bank credit cards department . This two number - [protected] and [protected] dated :- 08/03/2023. Which offers me 120000 pre approved credit card. Now on my cibil 08/03/2023 two+ new enquiries generate from hdfc bank credit card department .

But no credit card approval given by hdfc bank because of shows technical issue.

Now my cibil score down by 30 point my cibil score is. 771 now it shows 742 so kindly help me quickly.

Hdfc bank destroy my cibil, which is very important for my business and my professional life because i need loans for my future business . My whole future plans are dependents on loans, but hdfc bank team destroy very easily. My family also face difficulty because of hdfc bank. They do mentally harassment to me. They do by will because they have my all information and my bank details.

I need loans for business development but hdfc bank destroy my cibil now i need loans from hdfc bank as compensation or 10+ cr. Compensation for destroy my cibil and my future professional life. Which is very important for me and my family. My all business as well as my professional life goodwill harmed by hdfc bank. Now no compensation will meet my goodwill. Compensation is one thing which help me to recover my business. Because this destroy my life plans and my personal life. My cibil score 30 points down . Now i request to solve my issue quickly.
