I'm using HDFC credit card since last year August, I don't even remember when i used it last other than some online transaction of 8k, even after full payment its showing an Arrears of 10K, I really dont know how you are treating your credit card users. Called up your customer care number([protected]) - no querries solved, Gave an another collection team number ([protected]) now the number is not working. Don't know whom to deal with.
