[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag application no. hfr272344 | |||
Have submitted my fastag application (Vide ref no. Hfr272344) on 11.10.2019 ; i have not received the fastag till date. It has been more than 7 working days; I called the customer care today and they tell me that my kyc is incomplete - but why has this information not been passed on by the bank via mail/message to me at all. I have sent my documents for kyc on 25/10/2019 - but till today they have not dispatched the fastag. I was in a similar situation in 2018 (Application no: hfr035179 on 23.02.2018), where no information was passed on to me. I had really hoped your system would have improved in the past one year and come back to you'll this year. Sadly, i have been put in a very non-informative situation again.
