Dear team. On date 9-11-19 at 3:30 pm, i am trying to apply for fast-tag through hdfc bank. During transaction 500 rs has been deducted from my account but then screen show error message. Kindly do the needful so that i can get 500.00 rs return in my account. I have not get my fast tag till date even i don't get any reply from bank side. I got a message from HDFC that 169/- spent via your credit card xx1445 without pin/otp. When I chack my statement it does not show anything like that. How is this possible. Is HDFC messaging service not secure?
