HDFC Bank — fastag application with hdfc bank | |
I have raised a request for fastag with hdfc bank in jan/18 and got my customer and wallet id next day. I have transferred rs 1000/- to my wallet on the same day. However i am yet to receive my fastag. There is no email id or portal to track/escalate the case. Call center response is very poor and always get the response that they are waiting for the back office to update the case. Hope the issue will be resolved asap or else revert my rs. 1200 /- to my hdfc account. Was this information helpful? | |
