[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag applied. no customer support. pathetic service.

Have applied for fastag on 19-mar-2018.
The reference number is hfr039815.
Also there was a commitment that it will be delivered in 7 working days.

Now it has been 9 working days and yet to no avail.
If there is a delay in delivering the id itself, then i am worried how their response would be for emergency roadside assistance.

I should have gone for other service providers. My bad, i've chosen hdfc bank.

Now i do not want it anymore due to this delay and cancel it.

But the customer support toll free "[protected]" is full time busy for the past 2 days.

Please do not go for hdfc fastag. They are pathetic.

Received the item on 29-Mar after raising this issue. (after 9 working days) There was no information about delivery either through mobile or email. This has led to the confusion. This can be avoided by appropriate notification to customers.
