[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag applied. no customer support. pathetic service. | |||
Have applied for fastag on 19-mar-2018. The reference number is hfr039815. Also there was a commitment that it will be delivered in 7 working days. Now it has been 9 working days and yet to no avail. If there is a delay in delivering the id itself, then i am worried how their response would be for emergency roadside assistance. I should have gone for other service providers. My bad, i've chosen hdfc bank. Now i do not want it anymore due to this delay and cancel it. But the customer support toll free "[protected]" is full time busy for the past 2 days. Please do not go for hdfc fastag. They are pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||

There was no information about delivery either through mobile or email.
This has led to the confusion.
This can be avoided by appropriate notification to customers. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
