[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag applied on 2-dec-2019 but yet to receive | |||
Dear sir / madam, I have an hdfc bank account and i applied for hdfc fastag from them, payment of rs. 500 was made using my credit card and document were uploaded. The application reference number is : hfr850048 and after this i received sms about my wallet number and rs. 300 recharge. I by mistake deleted that sms and i don't know my wallet id now. I tried calling the hdfc contact number given[protected] and its of no use as its always busy or not answered. Till date i have not received my fastag and i am very much frustrated with this kind of service. Can some one help for a response from hdfc pls.
