HDFC Bank — fastag applied online not received

Address:Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, 251001

I applied for fastag only from HDFC portal using my cust id payment deducted from my credit card ending 129 but fastag not received. Application reference no HFR01151521 for UP12AF9009 it as per application it should be received within week but no reply from toll fee number not respond
