[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag blacklisted - no response from hdfc customer support | |||
Wallet id : [protected] / tag id : 34161fa8203288ac03b20780 I have received a new fast tag couple of weeks back, but it's been blacklisted for an unknown reason. I have contacted both the hdfc customer care and nhai customer couple of times both say they don't have any issue with their end. However, the tag is still blacklisted. Finally, as advised by hdfc customer care to send an escalation email in regards to this fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, which i sent 10 days ago and i didn't even get any acknowledgement for my email. Was this information helpful? | |||
