Hi i am mohit choudhary My mobile no is [protected] I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 28 november 2017. My application reference number is : hfr013729 All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application. Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online via credit card. Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that. Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end. Its sad to see that a good initiative by the govt of india is being wasted by banks. I am regular customer of hdfc from last decade but really have to say, the way fasttag initiative is being taken up by bank is not upto the mark.
