Hi hdfc fastag team, I am facing problem with logging into my fastag account. Is user id same as customer id? Is your portal working or not? My fastag wallet id is [protected]. Please can you address the issue. Is there any validity for fastag rfid? I started using this fastag from mid of aug 2017. Verified Support Nov 22, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Once your FASTag account is created, please log in to the customer portal. link - www.hdfcbank.com/FASTag -- Click on -- Retail / Corporate login and register yourself to generate your user id and password. Please enter the required information in the prompts and the system will send an SMS with your log in details to your registered mobile number. There is no need to purchase any other RFID tag to avail of a monthly pass scheme at any toll plaza. Further the validity of the Card is 5 years. You may recharge your tag account by making payment online through Credit Card/ Debit Card or through Net Banking. The tag account can be recharged up to Rs.1, 00, 000 (Rupees One Lakh only) for KYC customers and for non KYC customers - Rs. 10, 000 (Rupees ten thousand only).You may call our customer care @[protected] for assistance. -Nadia HDFC Bank Customer Assistance | |||
