It is unfortunate, i applied for hdfc fastag through online application reference no. Hfr383548, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/- but there is not response from the bank whether thorugh sms or e mail, i am unaware of the progress of the fastag, since 2 days continuesly i am try to contact through their customer no but it is always busy, i am very much unhappy with the service of hdfc fastag. Verified Support Nov 26, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 5 working days. Was charged Rs 50& Rs 30several times during my visit to Suratkal at the same tool Plaza. to register a complaint the site after entering all the fields, states upload docs, which one can not upload since a pop up comes up stating "Due to security reason following special characters &/-: is not allowed"
