I applied for the tag on 10th nov 2019 and i got an sms that says the a/c was created on 23rd nov 2019.

After a long wait finally, i got my fastag a/c created and i got the details of it and i could logon thru the portal and see my a/c statement.

But still not clear on when i will get the tag itself. It's already 20 days over when i first applied for it on hdfc bank site.

We like to confirm your application is received & is under process and you will be receiving the Tag with is 2-4 working days. For any further assistance, you may write to us at fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com or call customer care at[protected]. Note:- Dispatch details of the TAG will be shared with you through SMS
The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.
