HDFC Bank — fastag | |||
I have made an application online for fastag on 24/nov/19, ref: hfr502372, but no further information from them so far, also their fastag customer service number [protected] is always busy. I was hoping for a quick reponse from them as the email said that their customer service representative will get in touch with me over the telephone in the next seven working days, but nothing has happened so far, also there is no email id for fastag application where i can send an email as the above phone number is a dead end. I have applied for fastag online through HDFC Bank vide application number 467293 on ੨੨ November ੨੦੧੯ and paid ₹ ੫੦੦/-, 300/- credited in fastag but fastag not rec'd till date. Pl also tell me about balance 200/- .
