HDFC Bank — fastag

I had fastag issued ( through sms notification ) & got hdfc customer id and wallet id also issued. Even it has been charged with rs 300 in my wallet. But i had still not received my fastag sticker and no communication also from the bank yet. Unable to contact the bank through customer care, as it always busy ( actually it was kept engaged always ) Kindly send the fastag sticker on my address:
