I applied for hdfc fastag online on 14/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr370028 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate. After that i received customer id & wallet id on 24/11/2019 through email. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. I've also attached the email details that received from the hdfc bank. Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy. Feb 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 16, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We have dispatched your tag through Blue dart courier on December 05, 2019, vide AWB no. [protected]. We had attempted the delivery for the same, however, due to the reason " Premises closed". Currently, the consignment is held with the courier company.
