[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag | |
I applied for a fastag from hdfc some time in july 2019. I got my fastag by mail within a couple of weeks after that. However, the mail did not contain any wallet id. I spoke to hdfc and they said i will receive an email from fastag with a welcome message and wallet id. Even after waiting for over 4 months, i am yet to receive any email with wallet id. I am therefore not able to recharge my fastag and hence not able to use it any more. I approached my relationship manager but i have received any reply. What is the point in having a fastag label if you cannot use it? Was this information helpful? | |
