I have made payment for fastag on 30th nov 2019 and the wallet was created on 5th december 2019. But the fast tag sticker has not been received till date. I have tried contacting the toll free number for fastag complaints ([protected]) but it is either busy or no one is attending the call. The website says that we can get

Updated by Aravind Thontepu I have made payment for Fastag on 30th Nov 2019 and the wallet was created on 5th December 2019. But the Fast tag sticker has not been received till date. i have tried contacting the toll free number for fastag complaints ([protected]) but it is either busy or no one is attending the call. The website says that we can get Fastag in 7 days. But i didnt receive the sticker and theres no proper mechanism to track or raise any complaints.
